Privacy Policy
Wall Molding & Panel Planner is built to need as little of your data as possible. There are no accounts, no tracking, no advertising, and your wall designs stay on your own device.

This policy explains what information is and isn't collected when you use the Wall Molding & Panel Planner website at wallmoldingplanner.com and the Wall Planner app for iOS (together, the “Service”). It applies to both unless a section says otherwise.
The short version
- We don't ask you to create an account or sign in.
- Your projects, settings and any purchase unlock are stored on your own device, not on our servers.
- We don't use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or cookies for tracking.
- We never sell or rent your information.
- Payments are handled by trusted providers (Apple on iOS; Lemon Squeezy on the web). We never see your full card details.
Information we collect
Information stored on your device
The planner runs in your browser or on your phone. The walls you design, your measurements, units, colours and preferences — and, if you purchase, your unlock or subscription status — are saved locally on your device (using your browser's local storage on the web, or on-device storage in the app). This information is not transmitted to us and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data, or deleting the app, removes it.
Purchases and subscriptions
iOS app. Subscriptions (weekly or yearly) are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles your payment and does not share your payment details with us. To manage subscription entitlements, the app uses RevenueCat, which assigns a random, anonymous identifier to your installation and records whether a purchase is active. This identifier is not linked to your name, email or Apple ID, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
Website. The optional one-time Pro unlock is sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and processes your payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. When a purchase completes, a license key and an order reference are sent to our license server (hosted on Cloudflare) so your unlock can be activated. We store only what is needed to validate a license (such as the license key, order reference and the email associated with the order). We do not store card numbers.
Information collected automatically by our hosting
The website and license server are hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website host, Cloudflare processes basic technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and protect the Service against abuse. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files. We do not combine this data into profiles and we do not use it for advertising.
What we do not do
- No advertising or ad networks.
- No analytics or behavioural tracking, and no tracking cookies.
- No selling, renting or sharing of personal information with data brokers.
- No access to your photos, contacts or location beyond what you explicitly provide within the app.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the Service. They process data only to provide their service to us:

Your rights and choices
Because we hold almost no personal data, most control rests with you: you can clear your browser storage or delete the app to remove your local data at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to its processing (for example under the GDPR or CCPA). For purchase records, you can also contact the relevant payment provider (Apple or Lemon Squeezy). To make a request to us, email us using the contact below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Data retention
Device data stays until you remove it. License and order records needed to honour a purchase are kept for as long as necessary to support that purchase and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Children
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International users
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised policy.
